At IZAKAYA MASUYA, our head chef, Yoshioka (from Kyoto), creates original izakaya-style dishes based on authentic Japanese cuisine.
While gaining international experience, you can improve your English, deepen your knowledge of food & ingredients, and refine your cooking skills — building abilities that are valued anywhere in the world.
We also support 482 Visa and PR Visa applications, allowing you to develop a long-term career with us.
Our izakaya is not a formal restaurant focused on strict service or manuals.
Instead, it’s a relaxed place where friends and colleagues gather to enjoy Japanese sake, wine, and good food.
The key is to make guests enjoy themselves — through food, communication, and atmosphere.
Creating regular customers and moments that make them want to return is what we aim for at IZAKAYA MASUYA.
At IZAKAYA MASUYA, each staff member is given a mission (specific responsibility) to promote personal and professional growth.
